- Boil 1 chopped carrot in a pint and a half of chicken stock
- Add half a tsp of oil, preferably coconut oil
- Add a sprinkle of chilli powder to taste
- Add half a tin of sweetcorn
- Add 1 bashed lemongrass
- 2 tbsp of light soy sauce
- Sprinkle of ginger powder
- 1 pak choi
- 6 crab-sticks
